Local councils work hard to make the places where we live and work as accessible, sustainable, and pleasant as possible. Over the last few years, they have gradually started using digital tools to involve residents in the co-creation process of these public spaces.
We invited two London Councils to discuss learnings from recent initiatives. We were joined by Jonathan McClue, Principal Planning Officer at the London Borough of Camden and Eleni Katrini, Senior Regeneration Manager at the London Borough of Newham. During this webinar, they discussed how they involved residents in the process, the key elements to a successful consultation, and how they leveraged public insights to inform reporting and decision-making.
